Returns
We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are covered by our 7-day DOA policy starting from the delivery date.
Please contact us within 7 days with clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to reject returns or refund requests in the following cases:
- Damage caused intentionally or through misuse
- False or fraudulent claims
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
- Products returned in used or altered condition
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rosary Milano is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery unless parcel protection was added at checkout. We strongly recommend selecting parcel protection for added peace of mind.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds.
