We offer a 7-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as defective under our DOA policy.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Orders
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless parcel protection was added at checkout.
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. These delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. We kindly ask for your patience.
